Skill Development Program
Skill Development Program: In line to our govt initiative, we have also started a skill development program where we are hiring low profile men power & taking 5 hours work & 3 hours teaching program for them. It will help them grow faster in their carrier. Following are the key points of this program:
- We are staring with 10th,12th, ITI & diploma students to work with TRDA.
- These employees will work for 5 hours & 3 hours for daily study program.
- Will start paying 6K Rs at starting, further they will get incentive based on work done by them.
- Telecom services by drone
- Will groom them for our association work & provide services to employees of other companies.
- These employees will also work for TRDA regular activities.
Process
- Our associates will come to your office & collect the employee’s service requirements.
- We will generate a ticket & check the estimate with vendors & negotiate for lowest prize.
- Will submit the estimate to employee & take the approval.
- Once we execute the desired services employee's will pay the bill.
